Director Ayan Mukerji's second film, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, has already caught the attention of the audience, as it will be re-uniting estranged lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone on the screen for the first time post their much-publicised break-up in 2009.
But sources suggest that Padukone will not be the only one romancing Kapoor in this film. The makers are apparently in the process of looking for a fresh face to cast as Kapoor's second love interest in the romantic film.
An insider, who was present at the audition that took place at the Dharma Productions office in Khar on Tuesday, reveals, "They are looking for a new actor to play Ranbir's love interest. He will be with her when he is abroad in the film. The story looks like it will be a love triangle of sorts."
Giving a sneak preview of the part, the insider further adds, "The character is called Bunny and she is a modern girl." Though there is no news of whether the makers are planning to cast another male actor opposite Padukone, the insider insists that this might be a possibility in the future.
Shooting for the film is expected to begin on February 5. Interestingly, Ayan made his directorial debut with Wake Up Sid (2009), which was also produced by Dharma Production and starred Ranbir and Konkona Sen Sharma. This will be Padukone's first film with Karan Johar's production company. A major part of the film will be shot in Delhi and its neighbouring areas. It is scheduled to hit theatres by the end of this year.

2012 is being touted as the year of sequels in Bollywood, with over 20 of ‘the part-2’ of hit films either releasing or going on the floor this year. While sequels to Dabangg, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Housefull, Kya Kool Hain Hum, Jannat, Ghayal and Race will release this year itself, those to Ragini MMS, Rock On, No Entry, Tanu Weds Manu, Jism, Krrish and Ishqiya will start being filmed.

Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's teenage daughter Sara has made her debut in the world of glamour. In ethnic wear and layers of silk and gold, Sara stands next to her proud mother on the January cover of Hello! magazine.
"Dressed in richly embroidered outfits by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, Sara and Amrita are part of a special story on celebrity mother-daughters, who swear by the designer duo," reports Mumbai Mirror.
“The next two years will be critical for her as she will finally decide on her career,” Amrita tells the tabloid.
Amrita also told Mumbai Mirror that Sara, who is 16-years-old, is a "bright student of Science, and like all good students, aspires to be a doctor." And that "she could also turn out to be a sharp lawyer."
Our take: Confidence writ large on her face, Sara looks ready to rock and roll wherever she chooses to tread.
